The CROSSROADS programs have successfully assisted various segments of the welfare to work population in Delaware since 1997. The goal is to help all participants achieve their full career potential by finding and keeping high quality, satisfying jobs that will provide Delaware employers with a competitive workforce. The programs provide intensive case management and crisis alleviation services, comprehensive life guidance and employment counseling, job placement and re-placement, and monetary rewards for employment retention and program progress including Individual Development Accounts for adult participants.
